We agreed to trade his cards to my RAV-booster + {1} event ticket. In the first trade I gave him RAV-booster + {1} event ticket and I got 32 cards. I opened trade again for the next 32 cards, but funkychicken just withdrew. I PM'd him asking to get the remaining cards, but he was logged out. I left him a message asking for the cards. After 10min or so, I saw he logged on again and I PM'd him again and he just blocked me without replying at all. The nice thing is that MtGO server crashed pretty much after that (before I took a screenshot). All I can prove is that he has me blocked and that I reported him to wizards... :-(	Screen Shot

He Paid via PayPal very promptly, and collected the cards the next day. Within two hours of delivering the cards I received a PayPal chargeback notice. I immediately reported the incident to Wizards, and replied with all the information I had to the PayPal notice. I also requested a phone number from eBay, and spoke to a man claiming to be John Krebs who seemed completely bewildered by the entire situation. He later called me back thanking me for alerting him to someone using his name etc. I have no proof, but I'm convinced he was an identity theft victim.	Screen Shot

Then on July 10th I recieved a reveresed paypal transaction for $249.04 due to Unauthorized Funds (Fraud). Paypal wouldn't do anything even though I had ample evidence from WoTC showing I had traded the cards to his account, they cited the fact that these were "intangable" items and they won't cover seller's in any way for these items. I was however lucky after calling WoTC customer support for the records of the trade, I later recieved an email from the agent stating that if I provided screenshots of the paypal reversal I could recieve my cards back since the origonal account from my trade still had them. I emailed them the info and recieved my cards back shortly after. I feel very lucky that I was able to avert loosing so much.	Screen Shot

It seems the account was truly phished or something, reversing payment from your own verified account requires dumbness beyond belief. I got WotC to prove that I traded the tix (a hand for CustServ!). Added: A screenshot of the eMail stating the payment was withheld due to the PayPal account in question "having been accessed by a third party". It's in German, but it's real :-) Do not trade with the guy and whenever you see him online tell him I said "hi". Looks like he's even dumber than I thought: He includes is eMail adress in his MTGO profile: zak26@voyager.net. Make sure to never deal with this eMail address!	Screen Shot
